First Look from Raf Simons' Christian Dior show

The first look out was a fitted tuxedo jacket with razor-sharp fitted cigarette pants and pointed black court shoes. Raf Simons’ job at Dior is to take the house forwards into the year 2013 and beyond, while retaining the DNA of the French heritage brand; a task that fashion press have every confidence is within the Belgium minimalist’s grasp.

Another look shows a model in an elegant full length, voluminous skirt in delicate silk, bearing the kind of floral print that earned him such plaudits at Jil Sander, teamed with a simple black scoop necked top and delicate black and metal sandals.
